The Montessori curriculum allows children ages 3 to Kindergarten age learn at their own individual pace as they successfully navigate challenges that help develop proficiencies appropriate to their needs and developmental levels.
The curriculum includes guided choices for learning activities during uninterrupted working periods. Peer learning plays a central role as children access a variety of learning materials — which are carefully arranged in an open & pleasing environment and are unique to the Montessori program.
Our teachers design their classroom to encourage free choice while adhering to a comforting level of structure. Children make individual decisions within the environment to enhance their own learning and work with teachers when they want guidance or support.

CGS uses Montessori teaching principles to present the most essential realities of the Catholic faith to the child. Realistic materials and specially designed presentations help children explore areas of faith formation appropriate to their developmental age. The outcome is a deeply personal and joyful expression of faith, unique to each child’s relationship with God.
Our program is designed to provide complete school readiness within a Christian environment based on Catholic beliefs. Special emphasis is devoted to the spiritual, intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth of your child.
We believe that a loving atmosphere will encourage your child to grow not only in self-esteem, but also in respect and love for one another.
